Check in: from 2 pm. (please advice for late arrival after 6pm.) – Check out: 10 am.

The price given is the daily/weekly rate per accommodation incl. breakfast.
- Is the heating included in the price?
Yes, central heating (when necessary).
- Do the rooms/apartments have air conditioning?
No, they don’t. Rooms and apartments have fans.
- Is there a restaurant in the property?
No, the nearest restaurant is at about 900 meters away. Snacks are available on request until 3 pm.
- Do you serve gluten-free food for breakfast?
Yes, upon request we will be glad to make gluten-free food available for your breakfast (no extra charge).
- Is there a swimming pool on the grounds?
Yes, the swimming pool (not heated) is open from March to November. Other sport facilities: tennis (synthetic grass, € 8.50 per hour daytime – €10 per hour night time), playground for kids (swing and slide), “bocce” field.
- Is there a “wellness area” in the property?
Yes, our indoor “wellness area” offers the possibility to have the benefit of relaxing massages in a peaceful atmosphere. During warmer season even outdoor, sheltered by a cosy gazebo located in the heart of the countryside.
- Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes, the property is completely surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Chianti red wines and extra virgin olive oil are produced on property, for sale.
- Is parking available?
Yes, private parking outdoor available for free.
- Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linen and towels are provided by us. Towels for the swimming pool are provided on request (€2 each).
- Are there laundry facilities?
Yes, clothes can be washed and dried within 24/30 hours (about Euro 5 per kilo). Ironing upon request.
- Is there a hairdryer in the room?
Yes, there is.

Italian, English, French (little) and German (very little).
